The joint venture company has been registered with a Board of Directors of four people. Alan Hinton, the Company’s accountant acts as Chairman but is not a Director.

The third member of the Board is Emmanuel Bollinger. Emmanuel has many years experience working with major wine companies in France and South Africa.  Finally, Andrew Shaw is a Director adding his financial expertise and being there to protect Investors’ interests. Andrew will join quarterly Board Meetings by telephone and will visit the vineyard once a year to monitor progress. |
Garry Neill will be the Managing Director with prime responsibility for the project. 
Secondly, Garry has appointed Tony Preston, the ex Managing Director of Vavasour Wines.
